As a transnational faction, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of acceptance, creativity, and mutual respect among ravers from all corners of the globe.

We, the members of the Global Raver Community, in recognition of the inherent dignity and worth of every individual, and guided by the principles of Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect (PLUR), hereby establish this Constitution to govern our collective endeavors and aspirations.

Inspired by the universal language of music and the transformative power of shared experiences, we come together as a diverse and inclusive community united by our passion for electronic dance music, art, and culture. Across borders and boundaries, we embrace the richness of our differences and celebrate the unique contributions of each member.

Believing in the fundamental rights and freedoms of all individuals, we affirm our commitment to fostering an environment where every voice is heard, every expression is valued, and every person is treated with dignity and respect. We reject discrimination, prejudice, and violence in all its forms, and strive to create a community where love and understanding prevail.

With a spirit of cooperation and collaboration, we pledge to uphold the principles of PLUR in all our interactions and endeavors. 2. Declaration of Rights and Freedoms

We, the members of the Global Raver Community, recognize and affirm the following rights and freedoms as essential to the dignity and well-being of every individual:

2.1. Right to Freedom of Expression:

    • Every member of the Global Raver Community shall have the right to express themselves artistically, whether through music, dance, visual arts, or other creative mediums, without fear of censorship or repression.

Membership in the Global Raver Community is open to all individuals who share our commitment to the principles of Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect (PLUR) and who wish to contribute positively to our community. The following outlines the criteria, process, rights, and responsibilities of membership:

4.1 Eligibility for Membership:

  • 4.1.1 Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination:
    • Any individual who embraces the principles of PLUR and demonstrates a commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community environment is eligible for membership.
    • The Global Raver Community prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
  • 4.1.2 Affirmation of Principles:

4.4 Termination of Membership:

    • Membership in the Global Raver Community may be terminated in cases where a member violates community guidelines, engages in behavior that is harmful or disruptive to the community, or otherwise fails to uphold the principles of PLUR.
    • Grounds for termination may include but are not limited to harassment, discrimination, violence, drug abuse, or any other behavior that is inconsistent with the community’s values and objectives.
  • 4.4.2 Review and Appeal Process:
    • Termination of membership shall be initiated by designated community leaders or representatives responsible for membership administration, following a fair and transparent review process.
    • The member in question shall be provided with notice of the allegations against them and an opportunity to respond to any allegations or concerns raised.
